New York/New Jersey AETC Launches Quarterly Newsletter
New York, New York - The New York/New Jersey AETC this spring launched a regional newsletter featuring news, events and highlights from annual events. This important communications tool is planned as a quarterly update and includes information on the latest breakthroughs in HIV/AIDS training from the regions 11 local performance sites.
This first issue featured information on the Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI); a profile on Albany Medical College as the leader in HIV correctional health; a breakthrough training program in HIV Pain Management from a New Jersey Local Performance Site and many other articles of importance to clinicians.
"We were pleased with the feedback we received from this first issue and look forward to reporting more important, interesting and useful information in upcoming issues," said Tanya Stevenson, Assistant Director for the NY/NJ AETC.
